Renovation of industrial building, built in 1895 a total area about 7000 m2, and one of the most successful projects of our Bureau. The project was published in the "Project Classic" magazine.

The project was implemented in 2007 and still has not lost its relevance, in terms of planning decisions, and in terms of aesthetic solutions.
